october a month of many sit up and take notice, sunrises. the amber glow. all over the world this is morning people's month. but it's on show for all of creation. take a moment to watch the wonder of it all and recognize that you are a part of it all.

what did i learn in four days

i learned............. I CAN!

well a little over a week on the wheat grass juice, and i feel a subtle rise in the feel good factor. eyes seem to look healthier too.
physically, a bit tired but i attribute that to hard week at work. knocking down block walls with sledge hammer, whellbarrowing the rubble to the skip. 9 hour days since last tuesday. people pay good money for a workout like that : ) .

wheat grass juice

the frozen wheat grass juice shots arrived today. cold pressed,and quick frozen. a more realistic approach. rather than growing, harvesting, and juicing myself.something that would start with enthusiasm,and be short lived . so, until i don't have to go to work, i'll stick with the frozen. plus i'll have more time to enjoy the effects of the juice.

i'm reading about healing with whole foods and oriental traditions. very interesting stuff.
a combination of east and west is probably the best!
